3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your sivp9 account username and password confidential. Any activity that occurs on your account is considered authorised by you unless you report a security breach to us immediately.

3.4 KYC (Know Your Customer) Process

6.2 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error, service disruption, or system failure during a gaming session, sivp9 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the wagered funds to the player's account. sivp9 is not liable for any winnings generated as a result of an apparent technical error.

6.3 Odds and Market Changes

8.1 Termination by Player

Prior to closure, any outstanding bonus rollover requirements will be considered void and any ineligible bonus balance will be removed.
